Installing the presets

Unzip the download.
Open Serum 2 in your DAW. In the preset browser, use Serum's own Show Serum Presets folder menu item. That opens the exact directory Serum is reading, wherever it lives on your machine.
Drop the Sipher folder inside Presets.
Back in Serum, refresh the browser (or close and reopen the plugin). The folder appears in the preset list.

Using Serum's own menu item beats typing a path from memory: the location differs between macOS and Windows, and between installs.

Installing the drums

There's nothing to install. Unzip it and put the folder wherever you keep samples, then point your DAW's browser at it: Ableton's Places, Logic's Loop Browser, FL's Browser, or just drag from Finder or Explorer.

Opening the project files

Unzip, then open the project in Ableton Live 12 or FL Studio 21. Serum 2 needs to be installed and authorised first, or the synth tracks will load empty. Everything else the session needs is packed with it.

Is this a subscription?

No. Everything here is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews, nothing expires, and there is nothing to cancel.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Checkout is an email address and a payment method. Your email is your access: when you want your files later, go to Downloads, enter that address, and we email you a link that opens your library.

How do I pay?

Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card details go straight to the payment processor. They never touch our server and we never see them.

Do I get the drum kit and projects free?

With Bass Weapon, yes: both, automatically, at checkout. They're $24 each on their own, so Bass Weapon at $39 is $87 of gear. Nothing to claim and no code to enter.

Where are my files?

Three places, in order of speed: the confirmation page right after checkout, the email we send at the same moment, and Downloads whenever you want them again.

How many times can I download?

As many as you like, forever, on all of your own machines. There's no download counter and no device limit.

I never got the email

Check spam first. Then request a fresh link from Downloads. A mistyped address at checkout is the usual cause, and we can move a purchase to the right one. Email us with the address you paid from and we'll fix it.

Can I release music made with these?

Yes. Royalty-free, commercially, on any platform, with no clearance and no cut of your income. What you can't do is redistribute, resell or repackage the sounds themselves, or release one of our project files as a track without meaningfully changing it. Full wording in the licence.

Do I pay for updates?

No. If a product gets a new version, it shows up in your library at the new version number and you download it at no charge.

The presets won't show up in Serum

Nearly always one of three things: the folder went next to the Presets directory instead of inside it; Serum's browser hasn't been refreshed since you moved the files; or it's Serum 1, which can't read these.

A project opens with missing plugins

The only non-stock plugin these sessions use is Serum 2. If your DAW reports anything else missing, tell us which project and which plugin and we'll look at it.
